Slowly and surely we are morphing back to our ‘at-ease’ body stance together with the first warm(ish) days of the year and allowing the change to direct our attention for the coming session: Elastic Spring In this next one we will focus on exploring elasticity, the different transitions between stiffness and softness and our ability to enrich our movement through constant awareness of these two poles. Dance Session - Our core duo is ready to be inspired by your interpretation of their input - Tanja on movement guidance and Eitan (The Flowering State) on music selection.
